Tennis Experience Scott Bruno began playing tennis in 1989 where he experienced his first matches and tournaments in the US ARMY. This early experience was on both hard court and German clay court surfaces. In 1992 Scott entered college where he played as the #1 player for the Merced College Blue Devils. As a Blue Devil Scott earned various awards including Two All Conference Selections and one MVP Award. Scott then got involved with the USTA (United States Tennis Association) and the USTA's Junior programs where he conducted several motivational assemblies, speaking and playing in front of thousands of kids and planned the set up of a Junior League. During this time Scott set up and managed the USTA's NJTL (National Junior Tennis League) in Central California. Scott went on to teach privately under sponsorship from the USPTR and Head Racquet Sports and became the high school head coach of Merced High School. Scott is now available for private lessons in the Bay Area on private and/or public tennis courts. In a nutshell:
