USTA National Junior Tennis League
This league was co-founded by Arthur Ashe and Charles Pasarell in 1969 and encourages participation of non-traditional and low-income juniors. The photo below is of one group of seven groups who played in the NJTL Scott Bruno managed in the California Central Valley.
